About the role
We are seeking an extraordinary Clubhouse Manager to lead the Green Point hub of Burnt Studios, a performance‑brand café that doubles as a community space for athletes and fitness enthusiasts. The role blends hospitality excellence with community building, ensuring every visitor experiences a warm, elevated environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and the highest level of customer service.
- Build and nurture genuine relationships with members, athletes, and local partners.
- Maintain the welcoming atmosphere of the Green Point Clubhouse, overseeing cleanliness, layout, and ambiance.
- Organise and execute events, activations and sporting campaigns with energy and pride.
- Lead, coach and schedule the on‑site team, fostering a collaborative and motivated workforce.
- Support athletes in their recovery and performance journeys, providing tailored assistance.
