Client Support Administrator – Financial Services

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Client Support Administrator to join a leading international financial services firm in South Africa. The role offers exposure to client services, compliance and operational support within a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to clients, partner companies and third parties.
• Validate and assess documentation during data‑change events to keep client records accurate.
• Update and maintain client information across simple accounts and complex trust structures.
• Ensure compliance with AML, KYC and FIC regulatory standards.
• Support internal projects that improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to guarantee smooth processes and regulatory adherence.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar client‑support role within financial services.
• Knowledge of offshore and on‑shore investment structures.
• Understanding of AML, KYC and FIC regulations.
• Matriculation is essential; tertiary qualifications are an advantage.
• RE5 certification is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
