Client Relations Officer – Gold Trading & Vault Services

About the role

We are looking for a trustworthy, customer‑focused Client Relations Officer to nurture and protect relationships with clients who use our gold trading and secure vault services. The role ensures high‑quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and strict adherence to security protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.
• Assist clients with gold purchases, storage, and vault services.
• Maintain accurate client transaction records.
• Coordinate with operations and security teams to ensure safe service delivery.
• Handle client complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups and provide service updates.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
• 1–2 years experience in client service, banking, finance, or a security‑related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of integrity and professionalism (mandatory).
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
• Capable of working under pressure in a high‑security environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (MS Office).
• Experience with CRM systems.
