Client Relations Coordinator – Invoicing

About the role

Alfred H Knight is seeking a Client Relation Coordinator – Invoicing to manage client jobs from appointment through to completion, ensuring accurate processing of results, certificates and invoices while maintaining effective communication between clients, the laboratory and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with clients via phone and email, acknowledge new appointments across all sites and keep them updated on job progress.
• Coordinate with the laboratory to monitor result progress, check and authorize results, and prepare/amend certificates as required.
• Prepare and issue invoices based on rates, approve cost codes and days charged, and manage invoice administration.
• Maintain job management systems in Lab Create, including Job Management, Sample Management, Assay Reporting, Certificate Management and Invoice Management.
• Update the dashboard for all sites daily, including events, communication, invoicing and certificate generation.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in operations, analytical or shipping/commodity surveying environments.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical and organised with strong numerical and accounting knowledge.
• Good time‑management, coordination, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Grade 12; a degree or diploma in Administration is an advantage.
