Client Relations Consultant – Customer Experience

About the role

As a Client Relations Consultant you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering a positive experience by understanding their needs, providing accurate product information and guiding them to the right solutions. You will work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure high‑quality service and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced product and service information to customers.
• Record and process customer orders, selecting the most appropriate approach.
• Handle basic and advanced customer issues, including returns, exchanges and complaints, and escalate when necessary.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers, develop relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Enter accurate data into the CRM system after each interaction.
• Interview customers using a multilevel sales script to clarify requirements.
• Support renewals by delivering exceptional service that encourages continued use of our products.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory codes and procedural standards.

Required profile

• Minimum education: NQF Level 4 – Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Strong customer‑focused attitude with the ability to manage expectations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to quality and productivity standards.
