Client Operational Enablement Manager

About the role

Adcorp is seeking a Client Operational Enablement Manager to ensure exceptional end‑to‑end service delivery across client sites. The role drives operational excellence, workforce performance, compliance, employee relations and accurate payroll, invoicing and reporting while building strong client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and ensure client sites are fully staffed.
• Manage employee performance, attendance, timekeeping and employee relations matters.
• Build strong client relationships through regular site visits and meetings.
• Oversee payroll, invoicing, costs and contract profitability.
• Identify and support new business and growth opportunities.
• Lead, coach and develop the service delivery team.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, labour legislation, SLAs and company policies.
• Monitor service delivery, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3–5 years experience in production, manufacturing, petrochemical, road freight or warehouse operations.
• Up to 2 years management experience with people leadership.
• Advanced employee relations and disciplinary experience, including union engagement.
• Strong knowledge of labour relations, bargaining councils and collective bargaining.
• TES experience advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients and build strong client relationships.
• Strong financial and commercial understanding, including budgeting and financial analysis.
• Ability to manage operational performance, resolve issues and drive service delivery.
• Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance and operational processes.
