Client Care Advisor

About the role

The Client Care Advisor will join OUTsurance's Client Care Department, handling inbound calls from existing policyholders and actively upselling additional coverage. The role demands high attention to detail, professional communication and a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and manage inbound client calls, addressing queries, complaints and service requests.
• Identify upsell opportunities and promote additional insurance policies to existing customers.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Meet or exceed defined sales and service performance targets.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.

Required profile

• Minimum Matric qualification or equivalent.
• FAIS accreditation (Regulatory Exams RE5) for candidates with prior financial services experience.
• Extensive sales and customer‑service experience, preferably in a call‑centre environment.
• Strong resilience, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• FAIS regulatory knowledge (RE5 exam).
