Client Care Advisor – Insurance Sales & Service

About the role

The Client Care Advisor will handle inbound calls from existing OUTsurance clients, providing high‑quality service while actively upselling additional insurance policies. You will be the first point of contact for client queries and complaints, ensuring a professional and efficient resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and manage inbound client calls in a courteous and timely manner.
• Identify opportunities to upsell existing policies and meet sales targets.
• Resolve client queries, complaints, and service requests with accuracy.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Adhere to company standards for quality, compliance, and customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum Matric qualification or equivalent.
• FAIS accreditation (Regulatory Exams RE5) is essential.
• Extensive sales and customer‑service experience, preferably in a call‑centre environment.
• Strong attention to detail, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
