Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer will lead the financial strategy for Regenesys Business School across its international operations, ensuring sound financial governance and alignment with the institution’s global goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning aligned with global objectives.
• Oversee international fund disbursement, manage foreign exchange exposure and cross‑border banking relationships.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, audit requirements and risk management frameworks.
• Lead finance teams in multiple locations, fostering high performance and professional growth.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports to the board, donors and regulators.

Required profile

• CA(SA), CPA or equivalent qualification; Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably in higher education or the broader education sector.
• Proven experience in international financial operations and fund disbursement.
• Deep understanding of regulatory and operational complexities of global educational institutions.
