Chef de Partie – Kitchen Section Lead

About the role

Join Mama Shelter’s vibrant kitchen as a Chef de Partie, responsible for a dedicated section and ensuring every plate meets the brand’s high standards of taste, presentation, and speed.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the daily operations of an assigned kitchen section.
• Prepare and cook dishes consistently according to Mama’s recipes and quality guidelines.
• Maintain strong mise en place and ensure the section is ready for service.
• Work efficiently during peak periods while preserving food quality and timing.
• Communicate clearly with the Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and the wider kitchen team.
• Follow HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
• Monitor stock levels, control portions, and minimize waste.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
