About the role
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our SAICA‑accredited Chartered Accountant (CA) Trainee – CA for the Future Programme. The role offers a structured pathway to the CA(SA) designation while gaining practical experience within Pareto Limited and Mowana Properties.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in the CA for the Future Programme, completing required training and on‑the‑job assignments.
- Support the finance and accounting teams with day‑to‑day tasks under supervision.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree.
- Completed Certificate in Theory of Accountancy (CTA) or in the final year of CTA studies.
- Strong academic performance.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Commitment to obtaining the CA(SA) designation.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
