Channel and Product Analyst – Automotive

About the role

The Channel and Product Analyst will focus on genuine parts campaigns, dealer performance and market insights within the automotive after‑sales environment. You will work closely with the After Sales Marketing Consultant and field teams to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement genuine parts campaigns and promotions.
• Coordinate dealer genuine parts incentive programmes and monitor performance targets.
• Prepare monthly performance reports, analyse data and provide actionable insights.
• Support the field force with dealer performance data and respond to campaign queries.
• Conduct competitor and independent aftermarket pricing analysis.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, market share and parts performance.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Data Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
• Post‑graduate qualification (MBA, MBL, Honours) is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years experience in sales, after‑sales or marketing, preferably with parts technical exposure.
• Good knowledge of dealer after‑sales operations and market dynamics.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python and Google Analytics.
• Program and project management experience is a plus.
