About the role

Mediclinic Southern Africa Corporate Office in Stellenbosch is hiring one Change Manager on a fixed-term basis, working in a hybrid setting. The role ensures that all change initiative projects are implemented successfully, with strong stakeholder adoption and the delivery of the pre-determined business benefits.

Key responsibilities

Change analysis
Change enablement and support
Change governance

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in behavioural sciences or a business-related discipline
3-5 years of relevant experience
Preferred: 5+ years in the private healthcare industry, preferably within Mediclinic

Required skills

In-depth knowledge of change management models, theories, principles and practices
Change management analysis assessments and tools, including stakeholder analysis
Knowledge of Mediclinic's culture, climate, business drivers and constraints, and its processes and structures at strategic and operational level
Facilitation and communication skills across multiple stakeholder levels
Business acumen
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
