Captain Waitress

About the role

Little Krazy, a whimsical fine‑dining destination in Riyadh, is looking for an experienced and guest‑focused Captain Waitress. You will lead a designated service section, ensuring every guest receives attentive, knowledgeable, and personalised service from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalised table service in line with restaurant standards.
• Own a dining section, coordinating seamless service throughout each shift.
• Welcome guests, present the menu, explain dishes, ingredients, preparation methods and daily specials.
• Provide expert recommendations, accommodate dietary requirements and upsell premium items.
• Accurately take orders, enter them into the POS system and liaise with kitchen and bar teams.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve concerns and escalate when necessary.
• Lead, support and mentor waiters and food runners within your section.
• Assist in training and coaching junior front‑of‑house team members.
• Maintain table settings, reset according to standards and process guest bills efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health‑and‑safety regulations.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience as a Captain Waitress or Senior Waitress in a premium restaurant, luxury hotel or fine‑dining establishment.
• Warm, engaging and professional demeanor with strong guest‑service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
