Campus Manager

About the role

Sought Out Talent is looking for a dynamic, results-driven and experienced Campus Manager to oversee the overall management and performance of its campus. The successful candidate provides strategic and operational leadership, ensuring academic excellence, effective administration, sound financial management and a positive student experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of the campus.
• Lead, motivate and manage academic, administrative and support staff.
• Monitor student enrolment, retention, academic performance and student satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with education legislation, institutional policies and quality assurance standards.
• Manage campus budgets, resources, facilities and operational expenditure.
• Drive student recruitment, enrolment growth and stakeholder engagement.
• Implement institutional strategies, policies and performance targets.
• Promote a professional, accountable and student-centred campus culture.
• Compile management reports and implement corrective action where required.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Education, Business Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant management experience, preferably in a tertiary education or training environment.
• Proven leadership, people management and operational management skills.
• Strong financial, administrative and organisational capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on management approach; able to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant management systems.
• Strong leadership and decision-making ability.
