Call Centre Sales Agent – US Business Funding (On‑Site Cape Town)

About the role

Fundwell is expanding its Cape Town sales floor and needs energetic Call Centre Sales Agents to contact US‑based business owners, identify funding needs and guide them through the application process. The role is fast‑paced, target‑driven and offers uncapped earning potential.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150‑200+ outbound calls daily to US business owners.
• Qualify prospects, understand their financing requirements and present appropriate funding solutions.
• Handle objections confidently and keep control of conversations.
• Maintain accurate, real‑time records in the CRM and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets.

Required profile

• Clear, confident neutral English accent with excellent verbal communication.
• High energy, resilience and a competitive, target‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls and speaking to decision‑makers.
• Strong organisational habits and discipline in CRM usage.
• Eligible to work in South Africa and committed to on‑site work in Cape Town CBD during US‑aligned hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., data entry, pipeline management).
