Call Centre Sales Agent – US Business Funding (Cape Town)

About the role

We are looking for energetic Call Centre Sales Agents to contact US‑based small and medium‑size business owners from our Cape Town office. You will introduce Fundwell’s fast, transparent funding platform, qualify prospects and guide them through the application process. The role is fast‑paced, target‑driven and offers high earning potential for strong performers.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150‑200+ outbound calls daily to US business owners.
• Identify funding needs, present suitable financing solutions and move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Handle objections confidently while maintaining control of the conversation.
• Maintain accurate, real‑time records in the CRM and keep the sales pipeline healthy.
• Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication with a clear, neutral English accent.
• High energy, resilience and a competitive, target‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls and speaking directly with decision‑makers.
• Strong organisational habits and discipline in CRM usage.
• Eligible to work in South Africa and able to work on‑site in Cape Town CBD during US‑aligned hours (14:00‑23:00 or 15:00‑00:00).
