Call Centre Sales Agent – Short Term Car & Pet Insurance

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Call Centre Sales Agent to promote short‑term car insurance and pet insurance products. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, contacting prospective customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the right protection solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to generate new business and follow up on leads.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing and policy terms clearly.
- Handle objections, negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Prepare quotations and support customers through the application process.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and submit required documentation promptly.
- Collaborate with team members and attend training sessions.
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- 6 months to 1 year experience in outbound call‑centre sales.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target‑driven, fast‑moving environment.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems.
