Telesales Representative – RE5 Qualified

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Representative who is RE5 qualified to promote our products and services, build long‑term relationships, and convert inbound or outbound leads into sales. The role involves providing personalized advice, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Sell a range of value‑added products such as service, warranty, maintenance, Bodyline Maintenance, shortfall, etc.
• Move between campaigns as required by business needs.
• Conduct a needs analysis to deliver fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
• Provide accurate, objective information to enable informed purchase decisions.
• Capitalize on upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Follow sales scripts and maintain a minimum 90 % QA score.
• Select the correct lead outcome for all leads and meet TCF and compliance obligations.
• Keep up to date with product changes, market trends, and legislative requirements (including RE qualification and FAIS credits).

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• Fit and Proper requirements based on DOFA date, including RE qualification and FAIS credits.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Minimum 12 months of telesales experience.
• Insurance background is advantageous.
