Call Center Sales Agent – Outbound B2B (Cape Town)

About the role

We are expanding our Cape Town office and are looking for a driven Call Center Sales Agent to generate outbound B2B sales for Fundwell, a US‑based business financing provider. The role works US business hours from a premium office in the CBD, offering a high‑energy environment focused on cold‑calling CEOs and senior executives.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100‑200 outbound calls daily to US business owners and decision‑makers.
• Build rapport, qualify prospects and create a qualified sales pipeline for Fundwell’s financing products.
• Handle objections and present solutions in a consultative, professional manner.
• Maintain accurate activity records and update the CRM system regularly.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven outbound B2B or cold‑calling sales experience.
• Fluent, neutral English with a clear accent suitable for US executives.
• Eligible to work in South Africa and able to work US‑aligned hours (2 PM‑11 PM or 3 PM‑12 AM SAST) on‑site.
• Experience engaging with CEOs, owners or senior decision‑makers is a plus.
