Business Systems Administrator (Zoho, Microsoft 365)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Systems Administrator to own and enhance our business applications landscape. The role focuses on Zoho, Microsoft 365 and related cloud services, driving automation and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Zoho suite of applications.
• Design, build and optimise workflows, automations and system integrations.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365, PBX and AWS environments.
• Troubleshoot system and user issues across the business.
• Identify and implement efficiency gains through technology and automation.
• Explore emerging technologies, AI tools and smart solutions to boost performance.
• Maintain system configurations, documentation and best‑practice standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve client and user experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering business systems, CRM platforms or cloud‑based applications.
• Exposure to Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics is highly advantageous.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Passion for process improvement and automation.
• Basic coding, scripting or integration experience is a plus.
• Initiative‑driven and enjoys finding smarter ways of working.
