Business Solutions Executive – B2B Sales

About the role

DataFin, a leading business technology solutions provider, is seeking a driven Business Solutions Executive to expand its B2B sales footprint in Cape Town. You will act as a trusted advisor, matching client needs with a broad portfolio of technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
• Build and manage a portfolio of corporate clients, nurturing long‑term relationships.
• Conduct client meetings to uncover business challenges and propose tailored technology solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to implementation.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to recurring revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or solution selling.
• Strong consultative sales approach with excellent relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle and willingness to travel for client meetings.
• Availability to attend two weeks of product and sales training in Constantia.
