Business Sales Consultant - Corporate Sector

About the role

Tracker is looking for a Business Sales Consultant in Pretoria (Centurion) to report to the Business Sales Manager. The role suits a self-starter with an outgoing personality and mature attitude who can communicate confidently at all levels, and the ideal candidate is currently active in the corporate industry. The position is permanent, pays market-related remuneration and offers large commission earning potential.

Key responsibilities

• Solutions selling: identify opportunities and generate sales in the corporate sector (B2B)
• Use strong cold-calling skills and perseverance to keep the pipeline full
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual installation and revenue targets; hunt new business, prospect new customers and markets, and grow penetration in an existing customer database
• Provide excellent service and support to existing and prospective customers
• Manage and act on leads from internal and external partners within set timeframes
• Maintain industry, product and technical knowledge assessed regularly
• Deliver presentations to all levels, including senior and executive management
• Meet expected activity levels and handle administrative tasks such as preparing and submitting quotations and reporting to management

Required profile

• 3 years of sales experience in corporate/business markets
• Matric / Grade 12
• Proven track record of sales target achievement
• Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
• B2B solution sales in IoT or similar roles is an advantage
