Business Process Engineer

About the role

Capitec is looking for an energetic Business Process Engineer to join the Client Integration team. This strategic position will shape end‑to‑end process integration across the client lifecycle, ensuring Business Banking solutions are delivered as part of a unified One Bank, One Client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end client lifecycle processes from onboarding through termination.
• Align Business Banking and Personal Banking processes to create a single client view.
• Develop remediation, servicing, and resolution designs for client lifecycle events.
• Standardise enterprise processes and operationalise trigger events in partnership with Group Client.
• Prepare go‑live integration readiness across servicing ecosystems.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Business Banking and related relationships.
• Excellent problem‑solving and systems‑thinking capabilities.
• Deep understanding of client lifecycle processes across banking domains.
• Proven ability to operationalise client lifecycle events and enterprise data standards.
• Solid business analysis fundamentals, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
• Track record of delivering end‑to‑end projects with measurable impact.
