Business Intelligence & Analytics Analyst

About the role

The Business Intelligence & Analytics Analyst will turn raw data into actionable insights that support decision‑making across WinField United SA and its subsidiaries. You will design, build and maintain BI solutions, dashboards and reporting platforms that serve finance, sales, supply chain, operations, procurement, HR and executive teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve Power BI dashboards, reports and KPI scorecards for operational, tactical and strategic use.
• Analyse business data to identify trends, opportunities, risks and performance drivers across multiple functions.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy and governance by validating information and integrating data from ERP, CRM, HRIS and financial systems.
• Partner with business leaders to translate reporting requirements into analytical solutions and customised dashboards.
• Design and maintain efficient data integration and automation processes to streamline reporting.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, enabling measurement against strategic objectives.
• Drive the maturity of the organisation’s BI capability by adopting new tools and promoting data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
• Proven experience developing Power BI dashboards.
