About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Intelligence Analyst to join Digicall Group’s BI team. Reporting to the Business Intelligence Manager, you will analyse business and client data, create visual models and reports, and support strategic decisions across all Digicall companies and their clients.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and define data‑driven solutions.
Gather, clean, prepare and analyse data, ensuring quality and integrity.
Design and produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for internal and external audiences.
Develop, test and implement SQL‑based reports and visual dashboards using Power BI, QlikView or Tableau.
Identify process‑improvement opportunities and support data‑quality initiatives.

Required profile

Minimum Grade 12 / NQF Level 4; tertiary qualification in IT, Business Analytics or Computer Science preferred.
2–3 years experience with SQL Server, writing stored procedures and building relational databases.
At least 1 year experience with SQL Server Reporting Services and developing report templates.
Experience creating visual analytics models using Power BI, QlikView or Tableau.
