About the role
The key purpose of this role is to work towards achieving growth in volumes sold, market share and competitiveness by delivering market‑driven, differentiated service within clearly identified segments. You will drive sales and manage distributor relationships in the Witbank depot area.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for assigned areas.
- Manage and supervise distributors of the assigned sector (order, payment, re‑distribution).
- Ensure IB products are stocked in a complete range at customers and retail outlets.
- Ensure chillers are properly placed in performing outlets and used exclusively for IBPLC products.
- Monitor the recommended price of our products at sales outlets.
- Closely monitor actions of the competition.
Required profile
- 3‑year degree qualification.
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing or FMCG environment.
- Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s licence.
- Basic computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office.
- Local area knowledge.
- Excellent administration skills.
