About the role

Recruitment Revenue is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join its fully remote sales team. You will focus on high‑volume outbound cold‑calling to generate qualified appointments for UK‑based recruitment agencies.

Key responsibilities

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to targeted companies using scripts and call sheets.
  • Identify decision‑makers, build rapport quickly, and set qualified meetings.
  • Track outreach activity, call notes, and meeting conversions on the company’s sales platform.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, objection handling, and call strategy.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to improve sales skills and mindset.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly metrics for calls made, connections, and meetings booked.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of BDR or appointment‑setting experience with outbound cold‑calling.
  • Proven ability to book 20–80 qualified appointments per month.
  • Strong communication, objection‑handling, and rapport‑building skills.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and results‑driven.
  • Experience working with SMEs based in the UK.
