About the role
Recruitment Revenue is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join its fully remote sales team. You will focus on high‑volume outbound cold‑calling to generate qualified appointments for UK‑based recruitment agencies.
Key responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to targeted companies using scripts and call sheets.
- Identify decision‑makers, build rapport quickly, and set qualified meetings.
- Track outreach activity, call notes, and meeting conversions on the company’s sales platform.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, objection handling, and call strategy.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve sales skills and mindset.
- Achieve and exceed weekly metrics for calls made, connections, and meetings booked.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of BDR or appointment‑setting experience with outbound cold‑calling.
- Proven ability to book 20–80 qualified appointments per month.
- Strong communication, objection‑handling, and rapport‑building skills.
- Highly motivated, competitive, and results‑driven.
- Experience working with SMEs based in the UK.
