About the role

The Business Development Representative will focus on growing sales volumes, increasing market share and strengthening competitiveness for our portfolio in the Polokwane area. You will deliver market‑driven, differentiated service to build sustainable advantage within clearly identified segments.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for assigned areas.
- Manage and supervise distributors (order processing, payments, re‑distribution).
- Ensure IB products are fully stocked in customer and retail outlets.
- Place and maintain chillers exclusively for IBPLC products in the sector.
- Monitor recommended product pricing at sales outlets.
- Closely track competitor actions.
Required profile
- 3‑year degree qualification.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing or FMCG environment.
- Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s licence.
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Local area knowledge and excellent administration skills.
