Business Development Representative

About the role

Quality Professionals (Q-Pros) is looking for a high‑energy Business Development Representative to own outbound sales efforts across the U.S. market. You will build a pipeline from scratch, turn cold introductions into warm conversations, and support the early stages of the B2B sales journey.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively generate and qualify new leads through cold calling and outbound outreach.
• Build, manage, and scale an outbound sales pipeline targeting enterprise, technology, and government accounts.
• Establish long‑term client relationships from the first contact, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Conduct discovery calls, drive active client engagement, and move opportunities through early‑to‑mid‑stage sales activities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and interactions in CRM systems.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and opportunities in QA, testing, and digital transformation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven success in building pipelines and generating qualified leads.
• Experience in an outbound, target‑driven sales environment, preferably selling IT services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work U.S. business hours covering both ET and PT time zones.
