Business Development Manager – Remote (30-40k RAND base + OTE)

About the role

We are a leading professional services firm seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base in the legal, technology and accounting sectors. The role is fully remote and operates on USA business hours (10:00‑20:15 UK time).

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business from law firms, technology companies and accounting firms through outbound calling and digital outreach.
• Convert inbound leads (25‑50 per week) and historic leads into qualified opportunities.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, holding weekly check‑ins to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
• Schedule, coordinate and follow up on client meetings.
• Market candidate profiles to clients and support the recruitment process.
• Contribute to the expansion of our business in the US market.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience, preferably in recruitment or a B2B environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable with high‑volume outbound calling and digital outreach.
• Results‑driven, self‑motivated and highly organised.
• Willingness to work USA hours (10 AM‑8:15 PM UK time).
