Business Development Manager – Premium Beer

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth for SAB’s Premium Beer portfolio, building strong relationships with on‑premise customers and internal brand teams. The role demands a charismatic, commercially‑savvy professional with a proven record of exceeding sales targets and experience in formal on‑premise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong point‑of‑contact relationships, collaborating with SAB brand and trade‑marketing teams to deliver high‑level customer service.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure timely fulfillment of their needs.
• Develop and implement customer‑specific business programs and account plans.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities for Premium Beer.
• Educate and train customers on SAB’s Premium category to ensure correct in‑store positioning and execution.
• Assist the Premium Commercial Operations team to drive market share, meet financial targets and achieve growth objectives in key on‑premise outlets.
• Support the Premium Commercial Operations team in creating comprehensive brand plans for the Premium category.
• Provide the Premium Commercial Operations team with key customer insights to align category strategy with customer needs.
