Business Development Manager

We are a company with strong expertise and a capable crew, looking to expand our client base. The Business Development Manager will drive growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities and building lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling and email outreach.
• Network and attend industry events to generate leads.
• Respond promptly to inbound leads and enquiries.
• Prepare and present quotes and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Follow up on opportunities to move them through the sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain relationships with marketing managers, HR managers, training departments, and event planners.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of work to support company growth.
