Branch Manager

About the role

The Branch Manager will be accountable for achieving all branch targets by effectively managing resources, assets and people at the CNH Isando branch. The role ensures high customer satisfaction while driving sales across whole‑goods, parts and labour.

Key responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for branch productivity and management.
• Achieve set targets for whole‑goods, parts and labour sales, contributing to sales, marketing and new business development through the dealer network.
• Manage customer satisfaction processes and administrative efficiencies.
• Oversee human capital, asset (Capex) management, budgeting and expense control.
• Supervise debtors, creditors, cash sales and banking activities.
• Coordinate stock planning with sales team and parts manager and ensure regular internal audits.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
• Experience in parts and equipment sales management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Dealer network development and after‑market service management experience.
• Experience interacting with senior authorities and B2C sales and after‑sales service.

Required skills

• Proficient in Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge and experience with SAP.
