Business Development Manager – Cape Town

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth for our travel solutions across Cape Town and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and other industry partners while promoting our T3 platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients, focusing on ITCs, tour operators, and travel agents.
• Provide onboarding and training on T3 portals and systems.
• Maintain deep knowledge of T3 products to deliver tailored solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic territory planning and field visits.
• Develop long‑term relationships to ensure client retention and revenue growth.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in hospitality, travel, or related service environments.
• Existing network of travel partners in Cape Town is a plus.
• Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Meet, Drive, etc.).
