Sales Manager

About the role

AnyVan is looking for a hands‑on Sales Manager to lead a dynamic sales team that turns warm demand into booked revenue. You will work closely with the Sales Director and other functions to drive high‑performance results in a fast‑paced logistics technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work side‑by‑side with the Sales Director to ensure the team meets and exceeds targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Partnerships to maximise lead conversion and sales success.
• Define KPIs, set performance goals and inspire the team to surpass them.
• Lead from the front by joining calls, closing deals and demonstrating best practice.
• Maintain impeccable CRM data – clean, accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Analyse performance trends, spot opportunities and drive strong results.

Required profile

• Thrives under pressure with a passion for hitting tough targets.
• Comfortable balancing detailed hands‑on work (calls, coaching) with building scalable systems.
• Leads with warmth and edge – cares about people but does not tolerate low standards.
• Enjoys fast‑paced, high‑volume commercial environments and can adapt to constant change.
