Business Development Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Consultant who will focus on building relationships with warm, AI‑qualified leads. You will work closely with our recruitment team to understand client needs, advise on market conditions, and close deals without the pressure of cold calling.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on AI‑qualified warm leads and convert them into long‑term client relationships.
• Gather detailed role briefs, provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategy advice.
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure seamless delivery of placements.
• Manage multiple client conversations simultaneously, maintaining consistent follow‑up.
• Keep your pipeline organized using our CRM tools.
• Contribute to steady, sustainable revenue growth.

Required profile

• Some experience in business development, sales, recruitment, or a similar client‑facing commercial role.
• Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Resilient, proactive, and commercially minded.
• Organised, self‑driven, and able to manage your own pipeline.

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
