Business Development Consultant - Hospitality

About the role

Adcorp Shared Service Centre is looking for a Business Development Consultant to lead new‑business acquisition across the hospitality, tourism, events and leisure sectors. You will open strategic doors, map decision‑makers and convert prospects into profitable Temporary Employment Services (TES) partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a targeted Hospitality TES sales strategy focused on hotels, convention centres, tourism, leisure and event organisations.
• Achieve agreed revenue, gross margin and new‑business targets through profitable client acquisition and pipeline management.
• Partner with Operations to design commercially viable staffing solutions that balance client needs, compliance and profitability.
• Identify, develop and secure new Hospitality TES opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking and market intelligence.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award, maintaining an accurate Salesforce pipeline.
• Prepare and deliver winning proposals, tenders and presentations to senior decision‑makers.
• Build long‑term client partnerships and collaborate with internal teams to ensure service‑level expectations are met.

Required profile

• Commercially astute hunter with a strong understanding of hospitality operating environments.
• Knowledge of peak labour demand, procurement routes, event‑driven staffing models and service‑level expectations.
• Ability to translate client needs into compliant, scalable and margin‑secure TES solutions.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end sales cycles and building relationships with senior decision‑makers.
