Business Development Consultant – Domestic Guard

About the role

Lupiwe Solutions is seeking a proactive Business Development Consultant to drive sales of its domestic guard services. The role focuses on identifying client needs, analysing market trends and delivering integrated security solutions that meet both customer expectations and company targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold‑calling, networking and canvassing in the assigned territory.
• Achieve weekly targets of at least 100 calls, 10 appointments, 5 quotations and maintain a 1:10 appointment conversion ratio.
• Prepare and submit accurate paperwork including quotations, contracts, profit sheets and credit checks.
• Conduct needs analyses, site visits and startup evaluations, uploading all data to the Magnitude CRM system.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensure zero sales complaints and adhere to company policies and working hours.

Required profile

• Matric qualification.
• 3‑5 years of experience in the service or security industry.
• Own a reliable vehicle and be computer literate.
• Ability to obtain PSIRA registration within three months of employment.

Required skills

• Computer literacy (basic office software).
