Business Analyst

About the role

Route Management Pty Ltd is seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join its Route Quest Division. The role supports the finance team in evaluating prospects, analysing financial data and assisting the Business Development Officer with credit and sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify prospects and assess business potential.
• Perform detailed analysis of financial statements, ratios, cash flow and overall financial health.
• Implement and analyse risk assessments for credit approvals.
• Conclude credit transactions and provide recommendations to major banks.
• Support the Business Development Officer in achieving sales targets and preparing case presentations.

Required profile

• Valid Grade 12 certificate.
• Preferably NQF 5, RE accreditation or NCA accreditation.
• Completed or partially completed bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Experience in a similar customer‑service focused role.
• Strong communication, teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
• Organised, accurate and deadline‑driven work style.
• Bilingual ability is advantageous.
