About the role
The dealership is looking for an experienced BSI Controller to join its after‑sales team in Randburg. This position is ideal for a former Workshop Foreman who excels at scheduling, planning and coordinating workshop activities.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule daily workshop bookings and allocate technician workloads.
- Coordinate workshop efficiency and overall productivity.
- Monitor repair progress and ensure turnaround times are met.
- Liaise with Service Advisors and workshop staff to keep operations smooth.
- Manage workshop capacity effectively.
- Assist with quality control and workshop planning.
- Maintain dealership service standards and processes.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a BSI Controller or Workshop Foreman.
- Strong knowledge of dealership workshop operations.
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
- Computer literate.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Stable employment history with contactable references.
