About the role
We are seeking a reliable Brick Machine Operator to join a leading concrete manufacturing operation in Vereeniging. The successful candidate will work on a high‑volume brick production line, ensuring smooth operation of equipment and meeting production targets.
Key responsibilities
- Set‑up, run and monitor brick production machines on a daily basis.
- Perform routine checks and adjustments to maintain product quality.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues, reporting major faults to maintenance.
- Maintain accurate production logs and adhere to safety procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve output goals.
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12) or a relevant NQF qualification.
- 2–3 years of hands‑on experience operating brick production machinery.
- Ability to work on a shift schedule in an industrial environment.
Required skills
- Operation of VB4 brick machines.
- General brick production machine operation.
