Brick Machine Operator

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Brick Machine Operator to join a leading concrete manufacturing operation in Vereeniging. The successful candidate will work on a high‑volume brick production line, ensuring smooth operation of equipment and meeting production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Set‑up, run and monitor brick production machines on a daily basis.
• Perform routine checks and adjustments to maintain product quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues, reporting major faults to maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production logs and adhere to safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve output goals.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) or a relevant NQF qualification.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience operating brick production machinery.
• Ability to work on a shift schedule in an industrial environment.

Required skills

• Operation of VB4 brick machines.
• General brick production machine operation.
