Brewing Process Operator

About the role
The Brewing Process Operator is responsible for running the brewhouse, fermentation, and filtration processes while ensuring product quality and safety. You will work closely with the Brewing Technician Artisan and support the broader production team.
Key responsibilities
- Operate the brewhouse, beverage fermentation, and filtration plants.
- Execute quality control checks and analytical tests.
- Coach and develop fellow operators, sharing technical knowledge.
- Support asset care activities and maintenance tasks.
- Identify and resolve process inefficiencies to optimise plant performance.
Required profile
- National Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biological Sciences, or related field.
- General Certificate or Diploma in Brewing (advantageous).
- 1–3 years of experience in a brewing or food‑FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of the full brewing process from raw material handling to BBT.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Physically fit, able to lift up to 20 kg.
