Brand Manager

About the role

The Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of Tuning Fork's brand strategy, ensuring consistent positioning across all customer touchpoints. Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, this role drives brand equity, business growth, and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a brand strategy aligned with business objectives, including market analysis and brand positioning.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, events, and traditional channels.
• Create and manage digital content calendars, producing posts, videos, graphics, blogs, stories, and reels in collaboration with internal teams.
• Oversee the product and brand portfolio lifecycle, managing launches, refreshes, and discontinuations.
• Lead the development of advertising, promotional materials, and brand messaging to ensure consistency.
• Prepare, monitor, and control marketing and brand budgets, evaluating ROI for campaigns.
• Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, designers, printers, and other suppliers, negotiating contracts and assessing performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
• Ability to develop long‑term brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Strong capability to interpret market data and translate insights into actions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
