Brand Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to drive brand love and increase market share for our Power Fashion family. You will lead the creation and execution of a customer‑centric, 360‑degree marketing calendar that aligns with merchandising and supports in‑store sales while building a loyal customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement an annual strategic marketing calendar informed by brand, merchandise, trends, shopper behaviour and research insights.
• Project‑manage monthly campaigns, from brief creation to product hand‑over, overseeing content creation and ensuring on‑brand communication across media channels.
• Initiate and manage internal and agency research to gather brand health and customer insights, using data to improve the customer journey.
• Compile performance reports and seasonal post‑mortems, presenting findings to stakeholders and recommending actions.
• Manage allocated budgets, control expenditures and perform financial administrative tasks to meet payment deadlines.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Marketing or Brand Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or branding.
• Knowledge of merchandise calendar planning, budget administration, digital marketing and market research.
• Understanding of retail operations, customer service and merchant processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite.
