Brand Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Brand Manager to drive growth of Danone’s Mainstream portfolio. You will be responsible for building brand equity, launching profitable new products and ensuring sustainable market performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio sales (volume, value, profitability) and align internal teams with growth targets.
• Own the brand P&L, make data‑driven decisions and allocate resources to maximise profit.
• Use consumer insights to identify market tensions and develop activation ideas that keep the brands relevant.
• Lead innovation projects from concept through launch, managing product, packaging and experience development.
• Support trade marketing on product launches, relaunches and packaging changes.
• Collaborate with agencies and partners to create compelling creative briefs and ensure executions support brand growth.
• Develop and execute digital media plans, manage influencer partnerships and personalise content for target segments.
• Gather and translate consumer data into clear brand actions and priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand or product management within consumer goods.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales and market data.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet launch deadlines.
