Brand Manager

About the role

Flash is seeking a Brand Manager to lead all brand and marketing activities for its products and services across owned and partner channels. The role focuses on developing and executing brand strategies that align with the company’s purpose of making people’s lives easier.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of annual marketing strategies and brand plans.
• Work strategically with internal stakeholders and external partners to design and launch product and brand campaigns.
• Write strategic and creative briefs, evaluate creative work, and ensure brand messaging aligns with unique selling propositions.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and media decisions.
• Manage budget, KPIs, and targets for brand initiatives.
• Conduct market research, analyse sales data, and identify opportunities for new product launches.
• Gather customer insights through surveys, interviews, and field visits.
• Collaborate with digital, social, and events teams to enhance brand awareness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management or marketing within a similar industry.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret market and sales data.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent communication skills for briefing, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
