Branch Manager – Moletjie

About the role

As a Branch Manager you will lead the Moletjie branch of Sanlam Retail Mass, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through the execution of the branch’s retail strategy. You will foster a service‑delivery culture that ensures an optimal client experience while overseeing day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the branch strategy, including sales planning, reporting and business development.
• Guide, integrate and standardise the activities of Sales Consultants to meet targets.
• Lead a service‑delivery ecosystem both within and outside the branch to enhance client experience.
• Ensure compliance, quality and risk management in all branch operations.
• Manage people practices for direct reports in partnership with HR (talent management, performance, development, grievances, leave and capacity).

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) with RE1 and RE5, plus 120 Wealth Management credits or a tertiary qualification recognised by the FSCA.
• Minimum five years of recent industry experience, including at least three years in a leadership role, with proven insurance sales, credit and lending, and service‑management experience.
