Branch Manager (Malmesbury)

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead a small to medium‑sized team of advisors in Malmesbury, driving the delivery of financial products and services to both prospective and existing clients. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, generating sales opportunities and ensuring the branch meets its business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate the local action plan and align it with the organisation’s strategy and vision.
• Develop and implement relationship‑management plans for existing accounts, identifying key decision‑makers and gathering customer feedback.
• Identify and present suitable financial products to customers, negotiating terms where necessary.
• Generate new sales opportunities through referrals, trade shows and targeted prospecting.
• Monitor team performance, allocate work, review outcomes and take corrective actions to meet quality and timeliness standards.
• Provide operational support and act as first‑line supervisor for transactional processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer focus and support key account management.
